Preparation
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the Haiku Rice Noodles according to instructions on the package. Drain. 
- In a saucepan, heat a little bit of canola oil on medium heat. Cook the beef strips for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Set beef aside on a dish. 
- Add the mixed Asian vegetables and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 
- Add the BBQ sauce and the soya sauce. Pepper. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. 
- Add the rice noodles and the beef strips. Stir and cook for 1 minute. 
- At time of serving, garnish with green onions.
