Preparation
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. 
- Add the steak, turning it to ensure it is well covered by the marinade. Let marinate in a cool place for minimum 30 minutes, ideally for 2 to 3 hours. 
- In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside in a cool place. 
- When ready to cook, drain the meat and discard the marinade. 
- Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. 
- In another bowl, mix the noodles with half of the prepared sauce. 
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the steak for 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium cooked. Remove from the heat and slice. 
- Serve in bowls, separating the noodles, cashew nuts, carrots, mini-cucumbers and cabbage. Top with the slices of steak. Drizzle the remainder of the sauce over each serving. Garnish with the microgreens and sesame seeds.
