Preparation
Rinse the Haiku Konjac Rice and set aside.
In a pan, heat a little olive oil on medium heat. Cook the steak from 2-3 minutes. Set aside in a plate.
In the same pan, cook the Chinese cabbage and the bell peppers from 1-2 minutes. Pepper.
Add the Konjac rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the steak strips, the soya sauce and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Divide the stir-fry onto 4 dishes. Garnish with green onions. Serve with wasabi mayonnaise.
