Preparation

    Hot latte:

    • Pour the Espresso coffee into a latte cup and add Tia Maria.

    • Combine the milk and sweet cream of coconut in a milk frother and warm it up on medium heat, until the milk starts to steam slightly. Remove from heat and froth the milk.

    • Slowly pour the milk into the latte cup so the froth settles on the top.

    Iced latte:

    • Add all ingredients in a blender with ice cubes. Mix until blend becomes slushy.

    • Frost the rim of a martini glass with cocoa powder.

    • Pour the mix into a martini glass.

    Note : For non-alcoholic options, skip the Tia Maria.
