Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a salad bowl.
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the edamames and broccoli for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
At the same time, cook the Haiku Green Tea Noodles for 3 minutes in another pot of boiling salted water. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Add the edamames, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and noodles to the salad bowl. Mix.
Before serving, sprinkle with basil.
