Preparation

  • Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a salad bowl.

  • In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the edamames and broccoli for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  • At the same time, cook the Haiku Green Tea Noodles for 3 minutes in another pot of boiling salted water. Rinse under cold water and drain. 

  • Add the edamames, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and noodles to the salad bowl. Mix. 

  • Before serving, sprinkle with basil.
