Preparation

  • Cook Haiku rice cut noodles according to instructions on package.

  • In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar and white sugar.

  • Add rice cut noodles, sesame seeds, green onions and red pepper. Mix well.

  • Add fresh coriander to garnish when serving.

  • Can be served warm or cold.
