Preparation

  • In a pan of boiling water, add the Haiku Rice Noodles and snow peas. Cook for 3 minutes and drain. Rinse under cold water and drain once more.

  • In a salad bowl, mix the noodles with the carrots, snow peas and bean sprouts. Salt and pepper. 

  • Drizzle with Asian dressing and mix. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
