Preparation
Prepare the Haiku Asian noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Cut the chicken breasts in small strips.
In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Fry the strips of chicken for 2 to 3 minutes, a few pieces at a time.
Add the curry paste, garlic and turmeric. Cook for a few seconds while stirring.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the Asian noodles and green onion. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
Add the Asian noodles and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Divide into four bowls that have been preheated under hot water. Sprinkle each portion with the green onion.
