Preparation
Prepare the Haiku Asian noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
Dice the green onions and mince the garlic. Chop the snow peas and Chinese broccoli Cut the chicken into cubes.
Use a pan or wok to heat half the sesame oil over medium heat. Fry the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes. Put into a dish.
- In the same pan, brown the cubes of chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Move the chicken to the side of the pan. Add the rest of the oil and pour in the eggs, stirring just until they start to set.
Add the garlic and green onion. Continue cooking for 1 minute while stirring.
Add the sauce, Asian noodles and broccoli. Heat for 1 minute while stirring.
