Preparation

  1. Butter a 10 inch oven-proof pie dish.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  3. Add the ingredients for the tort to the bowl of a stand mixer, and mix until combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until firm.
  5. Let cool completely to room temperature (1-2 hours)
  6. Top with the chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with Coconut Cream Truffles
