Preparation
- Butter a 10 inch oven-proof pie dish.
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Add the ingredients for the tort to the bowl of a stand mixer, and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until firm.
- Let cool completely to room temperature (1-2 hours)
- Top with the chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with Coconut Cream Truffles
