Preparation

  1. In a pan, bring 1 cup of water to the boil with the broth from the won-ton soup, reserving the wontons.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Then add soy sauce, sesame oil, corn and edamame. Continue cooking for a minute or two, until the noodles are cooked through.
  3. Add the won-ton and remove from the heat.
  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions, chili oil and sesame seeds.
