Pork teriyaki stir-fry

  • Mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and put aside.

  • Cook the Haiku green tea noodles for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain.

  • In a pan heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the ground pork for 6 to 8 minutes, crumbling the meat into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon, until the meat is no longer pink.

  • Add the sauce, carrots and cabbage into the pan. Mix and bring to a boil.

  • Add the noodles and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring.

  • Serve the mixture onto four plates. Garnish with green onion.
