Tuna and Noodles Casserole

  • In a pan, heat a little bit of canola oil on medium heat. Cook the mixed vegetables and the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. 

  • Add the cream of mushroom, the milk, and the sriracha sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes on medium-low heat. 

  • Add the tuna and the Haiku Konjac noodles and stir. Heat for 1 minute.
