Preparation
In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the Haiku Shiitake Mushrooms and the panko. Salt and pepper.
Shape 20 meatballs by using approximately 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the mix for each.
Un a non-stick pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring.
Add the garlic sauce and stir. Cover and continue cooking for 12 to 15 minutes on low heat while stirring from time to time, until center is no longer pink.
Serve on Haiku Rice Noodles and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
