Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the Haiku Shiitake Mushrooms and the panko. Salt and pepper. 
- Shape 20 meatballs by using approximately 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the mix for each. 
- Un a non-stick pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring. 
- Add the garlic sauce and stir. Cover and continue cooking for 12 to 15 minutes on low heat while stirring from time to time, until center is no longer pink. 
- Serve on Haiku Rice Noodles and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
