Preparation
- In a pan, heat sesame oil on medium heat. Brown chicken strips for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. 
- Add the onion. Cook for 2 minutes. 
- Add the brocoli florets and the cabbage. Cook for 1 minute. 
- Add the Haiku shiitake mushrooms and the sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes while stir-ring, until the chicken is no longer pink inside. 
- Divide onto plates. Garnish with cashews and coriander.
