Preparation
Cook the HAIKU rice cut noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
In a small bowl, combine the soya sauce with the molasses and mix.
In a large saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Brown pork strips for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the HAIKU mixed Asian vegetables and the rice cut noodles. Pour sauce over top. Add pepper and mix well. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed.
When ready to serve, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
