Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and put aside.
Cook the Haiku green tea noodles for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the ground pork for 6 to 8 minutes, crumbling the meat into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon, until the meat is no longer pink.
Add the sauce, carrots and cabbage into the pan. Mix and bring to a boil.
Add the noodles and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring.
Serve the mixture onto four plates. Garnish with green onion.
