Preparation
Cook the Haiku rice vermicelli as indicated on the package. Drain.
In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute on each side. Set aside in a plate.
In the same pan, heat the Haiku mixed Asian vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the sauce and shrimps. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add rice vermicelli and, if desired, half of the green on-ions and sriracha sauce. Salt to taste and stir. Reheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Divide the vermicelli on the plates. Garnish with shrimps and vegetables. Sprinkle with leftover green onions.
