Preparation
Prepare the Haiku Asian noodles according to package directions. Drain.
In a bowl, whisk together the broth with the soya sauce, garlic, honey and corn starch.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the veal strips for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the sauce and stir in the Asian noodles. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until desired thickness and serve.
