In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the Haiku rice cut noodles according to package directions. About 2 minutes before they are finished, add the brocoli. Drain and rinse in cold water.
In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken strips for 2-3 minutes on each side, just until the center is no longer pink.
Add the onion, ginger, garlic and almonds. Fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Add the teriyaki sauce, honey, Thai pepper and noodles. Heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Divide the preparation onto the plates and garnish with coriander leaves.
