Preparation
- Thinly slice the HAIKU whole shiitake mushrooms. 
- In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. 
- Add the teriyaki sauce and stir. Keep warm. 
- Open the hamburger buns. Brush the inside of the buns with a little olive oil. 
- Heat another skillet over medium heat. Brown the hamburger buns for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side. 
- Garnish the buns with the mushroom preparation, red cabbage and lettuce. 
Tips :
- Why not add a slice of cheese for a complete meal? A portion of 50g of cheddar add 12g of protein to your plate.
